at this time at jakarta has new trend, the goverment very interested to make an open area for Green Open Area. Start at Ali Sadikin, he tell that Jakarta need at least 30% area from total of jakarta for Green Open Area. but at that time he only can make 14%. And now when the governoor change to Fauzi bowo, he want to increase that amount until at least 17%. at one side it's good for environment but at the other side being a problem for people who lived at that area for few years.
I agree with the goverment but litle bit disagree when they didn;t want to moved the people to new places 
with better prospect. Its only an opinion from me, i returned it to you
