Start at thursday day, rain has drop in jakarta area and after several hours flood same at few place and mostly in a place that periodically being a member of flood. first time i watch in television, the reporter report that level in manggarai is normal (under limit level) but in few place flood is happennig and getting worst. With 2 facts that i describe in the top then i have conclusion the main bane is the awfulness of ditch system.
