finally after few years i can learn until the country of panda, when i join in PT Bekaert Indonesia then management of PTBI gives me with few of my friend trainning to china. its like an old says, we have to learn until china country. we are all the start up team of DRAMIX, its a new business unit of PTBI. We all together help each other to accomplished our target to make DRAMIX bigger. Although some people underestimate us, we have to shown to them that we can do that. Learning transfer is very good but the difficulty is when we search a "HALAL" food. Its very difficult but it can be a story in next year to our child. Finally we have to survive to accomplished our job.

at this time at jakarta has new trend, the goverment very interested to make an open area for Green Open Area. Start at Ali Sadikin, he tell that Jakarta need at least 30% area from total of jakarta for Green Open Area. but at that time he only can make 14%. And now when the governoor change to Fauzi bowo, he want to increase that amount until at least 17%. at one side it's good for environment but at the other side being a problem for people who lived at that area for few years.
I agree with the goverment but litle bit disagree when they didn;t want to moved the people to new places with better prospect. Its only an opinion from me, i returned it to you

Introduced from Hawaii in 1956 and from Brazil in 1965, anthurium has been commercially cultivated in Mauritius around 1967 (Anon, 1989). Since then growers have gained a lot of expertise in the cultivation and exportation of anthurium blooms. Thus Mauritius finds itself to be the fourth most important flower exporter among the ACP countries, the first most important anthurium exporter to European countries and the second most important anthurium exporter following Holland on the world market (Anon, 1996). The main step now is to keep up with the expanding anthurium industry worldwide. This can be achieved by the introduction of new varieties and amelioration of cultural practices.
One of the most important components of anthurium cultivation is the choice of growing substrate or medium. Anthurium is known to grow best in a well-aerated medium with good water retention capacity and good drainage. A good medium needs to be able to anchor the roots and stems so that the plant will not topple over as it grows larger, yet it should provide sufficient moisture, nutrient and aeration to the plant. The growing media commonly used can be either inert (rockwool, polyphenol foam, rocksand, lava stone and other types of foam) or organic (coconut shell, peat, bagasse, sawdust, rice husks or tree bark). The inert medium offers the advantage of being stable for several years.
The most important consideration with these media is the use of appropriate fertilizers. As for organic media, they decompose over time causing the rotting of the roots on the bottom of the beds due to compaction and water accumulation. Thus the addition of a new layer of medium to the bed is needed to stimulate rejuvenation of the plants

Alternately, successfully complete the game with Liu Kang to unlock Scorpion in Single Player and Co-Op mode. To unlock Scorpion in Versus mode, in the Foundry area, follow the pathway downstairs to the left of the save point. Two archers will break through the wall. Throw one at the wall to the left of the doorway to break it open, giving you access to a hidden room full of lava and a Ying Yang on a ledge. Grab one of the archers and throw him into the lava. Then, double jump off his back to get the Ying Yang that unlocks Scorpion in Versus mode.

· Play as Sub-Zero

At the main menu, hold L2 then press Square, Down, Up, L1(2), Up, Square to unlock Sub-Zero in Single Player, Co-Op, and Versus modes. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. There will be a statue on the path; use the Fist of Ruin to break it. Continue along the path and use the long jump ability to cross the gap and get the Koin to unlock Baraka in Versus mode.

· Play as Johnny Cage

Get to the area in the Wu-Shi Academy where everything is burning. Go to the extreme right of the gate, then jump onto the roof of the house. Run to the right and jump to reach a new platform with a boulder blocking your way. Collect the Koin to unlock Johnny Cage in Versus mode.

· Play as Kitana

In the Mortal Kombat 2 arena level (just before the portal with the two statues in front of it) in the Evil Monastery, you will find a number of pillars. Jump on the half broken pillar, then double jump on the roof. Collect the Koin to unlock Kitana in Versus mode.

· Play as Noob Saibot

Have a match in Versus mode with Sub-Zero vs. Sub-Zero. Player one will be Sub-Zero, and player two will be Sub-Zero's brother, Noob Saibot.

· Play as Reptile

Go to the section after the Brotherhood Of Shadow in Living Forest. Long Jump across the gap with the small waterfall, then go through the door. Get the clay statues to come to life, then destroy their shield. Get one of them near the giant stone column on the other side of the stream, near where you entered. Throw the clay statue into it and it will fall. Return to where the little waterfall was located and get the Koin to unlock Reptile in Versus mode.

Start at thursday day, rain has drop in jakarta area and after several hours flood same at few place and mostly in a place that periodically being a member of flood. first time i watch in television, the reporter report that level in manggarai is normal (under limit level) but in few place flood is happennig and getting worst. With 2 facts that i describe in the top then i have conclusion the main bane is the awfulness of ditch system.

This afternoon, the new governor "Mr Fauzi bowo" tell that this cataclysm is pure because of rain and doesn't have any conecting with ditch. Its so contradictive with press report from "Dep PU" that its about ditch system(detik.com).
